Update after two tears of renting here! As I read the reviews. I thought I complained to much at first. I realized that all my complaints were valid! Now I see I'm not alone! This is the whole community, wow! There has to be a way to terminate my own lease. I can't take this anymore. It's so disgustingly horrible living here that I'm depressed!

The office staff are very professional neighborhood looks very safe the people here are very friendly easy to get along with the view of the lake by the pool is one of my favorite plus I love the fact that we have 24hr gym access so for you gym buff or for the one's who just want to get in shape this is the place to live I highly recommend you guys stop by

I moved into to the Heritage Apartments around September Shinika helped me and my family. She was extremely attentive polite and extremely caring the entire staff at the office is nothing but professional and helpful with anything you need I really love living here I enjoy walking around the beautiful property and going to the lake/pool I highly recommend these apartments anyone looking to live in a quiet relaxing environment this is the place.

DO NOT go and apply here!!! We applied and we informed them our credit was not so good due to covid.. they assured us that it is not just based on your credit. We bring in 5 times the rent and no criminal background. We are working to pay off debt. We explained several times our credit. We paid 350 for applications and got denied!!!! Middle class hard working family and denied us for something we were upfront about!!! They just wanted our application money!! Shane on you.. and management was dirtier than the communit was not meant to be but beware!!!!

We lived in this apartment complex for exactly one year and could not wait to move. When we first moved it, it was the day before hurricane Ian hit. The office staff was kind enough to let us move our stuff in early so we could be in before the storm hit. They left our gate cards and all of our keys on the counter for us which was truly appreciated. Our first issue came with our gate cards not being programmed. We were unable to use them to open the gates to get into the complex as well as the pool and gym. Luckily, the gates to the complex were left open for awhile after the storm and we’re frequently broken so we were able to get in. I took them down to the office and they programmed them for us. We were happy to live in a gated community which provided us with a sense. If safety, however, for the majority of our lease one if not two of the gates were broken and left open allowing anyone access into the complex. Our second large issue was the roaches and infest the building walls. I had read a review stating the same thing prior to moving and we were hesitant about moving to this complex due to this but we were moving from out of state and struggled finding a nice 3 bedroom without being able to view it in person so we just assumed it was one bad experience from the reviewer. Boy were we wrong. We started seeing roaches almost immediately. I opened a ticket for pest control and the gentleman told me the roaches we were seeing were just common roaches in FL and come in from outside and were not due to and infestation or from unclean neighbors. We moved from a state that did not have roaches so we took him for his word. He sprayed and set a few sticky traps. Within a week, the traps were full in our kitchen. I started having pest control come almost weekly as it was not getting better. Then we started seeing roaches crawling in and out of the outlets in our kitchen walls. I started buying my own spray and spraying myself. When the neighbors above us moved out 9 months into our lease, we say a significant decrease in the roaches inside of our kitchen which showed that many of they were due to unclean neighbors. We had the large Palmetto bugs in our garage constantly and almost every time we we into the garage we would see one. Since moving o a new city and a home, we quickly realized that roaches are not actually just a common occurrence as we have not seen one for 3.5 months. When we first moved in, maintenance was quick to fix issues. I’m not sure what happened in the last 6 months but we opened a ticket for a broken shelf in our closet in May and it was not fixed until after we moved out. Extremely frustrating. The balloon on the master toilet and was not fixed for almost 2 months leaving us with one working bathroom but paying for two. The a/c did not work well and our children’s rooms always felt warm. We kept their blackout curtains closed at all times to try to help but it didn’t change it much. We opened a ticket with maintenance to see if there was an issue and all they did was bend the vent slightly in their rooms and told us to close other vents around the apartment so more air would blow in their rooms. The playgrounds are filthy. All of the much they once had is long gone and we stopped allowing our children to play at them as it was just dirt. We talked to neighbors about it as well and then said they brought it up to the office multiple times but nothing was ever done. On MULTIPLE occasions, there was human feces IN the pool. Absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. The water was often cloudy and walls of the pool slimy. The pool would randomly be closed and locked without any notice. The stairwells and halls were filthy. We got notices that they were going to pressure wash them but our building never had it done. Their is a raccoon issue so you cannot set your trash out more than 30 minutes early or raccoon’s will get into it. When this happens, the valet trash service will not pick it up. The trash service also changed up their routs/times they came so often we never knew when to set things out.

Catalytic converter stolen off truck $800. Contacted upper management and they were so sorry but the cameras don’t work and the gates also don’t work. Resign lease rent raised $200 a month to 1850 for a 1 bed 1 bath. COCKROACHES IN THE WALLS had to do my own maintenance to seal apartment and laid down traps since my maintenance request got denied. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here you would think management would reach out and see if there was anything they could do since I had theft because their gates and cameras don’t work. They don’t care and that’s why you see people move out all the time and parking unfilled, they just don’t care. Can’t wait to move out of this DUMP!

As is a theme with some of the previous reviews, this place does not hold up to expectations. The only time this place must have looked good was when they were taking elegant photos for the website. BE WARNED --- DO NOT make the same mistake I did moving in sight unseen as I was coming from New England and needed a place last minute. I almost feel like I'm still in New England with the numerous potholes they have here. The same beer cans that were floating in the pond when I moved in over a month ago and the same cigarette butts and bags of dog poop that were by the stairs are STILL THERE. The stairwells remind me of the street of Manhattan --- gross. It really wouldn't take much to clean this dump up a little but yet it remains the same. The grounds are reminiscent of section 8 housing; a housing service they actually offered under the table years ago under corrupt management. As evidenced by the smell of mildew in my apartemnt, the clogged drains, the blood stain in my rug, the ant invasions, and raccoon poop and trash that is everywhere, among other things, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Lastly, to the people that did write good reviews, you must either work here or are getting paid to do so as anyone in their right mind, paying to live here, would not have the same to stay. Ps. Service requests for these things seem to hit closed doors. Below are just a few quick pictures of this dump.

"Captain Adam and his crew really exceeded all expectations!"
I guess I'll start with the actual yacht. It was a perfect size and layout for our group of 7 women, but I think it would also be fantastic for a group of 5 couples or an extended family situation. It was tastefully and beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Lots of room to separate from the group and read a book, with lots of comfy seating areas to congregate. We hardly read our books because we were having so much fun! The following are just minor things but it could do with a second efoil, just like it has 2 seabobs. It could also do with fibreglass paddleboards, not inflatables, so that you're more likely to use them for longer periods and go further exploring.
Captain Adam and his crew of Sylvia, Yuliia, Fraser, Chris and Alex really exceeded all expectations! They made a huge effort to ensure that we felt comfortable from the start, that was so lovely for us. They were quick to assess what we enjoyed in our daily activities, and we fell into a wonderful daily routine. Adam made some fantastic restaurant recommendations for us, one in the old town of Ibiza that was really cute and traditional, and the other a beach restaurant that was off the scale in terms of beautiful fit out, food and cocktails. He really nailed what we would be into. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with efoil instruction! Always up for a chat. I couldn't imagine a better captain for us.
Sylvia's food. Oh how we enjoyed finding out in the morning what she had procured fresh for us for our lunch and dinner. Her expertise in the kitchen was very much appreciated by our group. She made me love raw seafood in a way that I never have. I have been craving it since I got home. She made salads that looked and tasted so incredible that I took pics and am planning to recreate them to the best of my ability. We felt like we were eating like Iberian queens! We ate so much food, but it was so clean and healthy that none of us even put weight on over the week. That may not mean much to a lot of people, but it meant a lot to us!
Yuliia had the innate ability to be there every time we needed her. It was like she had ESP. Her tablescapes were a delight every evening, such imagination and effort. She was wonderful to have a chat to and after a while we just wanted her to join us at the table. Yuliia and Alex had our bedrooms immaculate at all times. They were in there tidying up multiple times in a day. It was glorious! Alex made a huge effort to get our coffee orders perfectly each day and was so friendly. Alex and Yuliia made fantastic cocktails for us. Yuliia made me perfect half strength drinks every single time, after me only asking her once. It was so lovely.
We had Chris and Fraser working pretty hard on the beach club platform and in the tender. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Fraser even took my drone apart when the gimbal was stuck. Chris was the perfect water sports provider with his friendly demeanour and enthusiasm. He was so encouraging as we were trying to learn new water sports like efoiling and wakeboarding! One thing that really made us laugh was Fraser and Chris's hilarious song choices cranked nice and loud as we approached the beach in our tender. They had great senses of humour.
We will enjoy looking back on these memories for the rest of our lives!! I hope Adam and the crew know how much of a great time they gave us. If I was to charter a yacht in the Mediterranean again, and I'm highly likely to after this epic trip, one of the first questions I would ask would be which yacht is Captain Adam running? I would trust his judgement in employing a killer crew like he had on Delta One.
10/10. Could not have been better. I am already looking at new Med destinations.
