Depart on a relaxing sail through Oahu’s beautiful Waikiki waters as Spinner Dolphins play alongside and iconic Diamond Head visible in the distance. Arrive at Turtle Canyon to snorkel among large schools of Hawaiian indigenous fish like Hawaii’s State Fish the Humuhumunukunukuapua’a, and large Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles ! Swim among some of Waikiki’s most amazing reefs, and take in the serenity of a morning Sail. This morning Eco-tour offers a fun way for everyone of all ages to enjoy the warm waters of Waikiki beach.

Whale Watching! Every year Humpback Whales migrate to the warm waters of Hawaii, and although not guaranteed, they are often seen between the months of December and April.

Awsome experience with experienced guides. Swam close to turtles en enjoyed sailing up and down the bay while sipping champagne.

Captain and crew made this trip very enjoyable. The ship was top notch and fun to sail on. Swimming with the turtles was a blast and the sailing around Waikiki afterwards made for a super fun trip. Definitely will be back!

Great crew and lovely time. The snorkeling was a little deep, but the abundance of turtles made up for it. The snacks and sodas for the sail were very welcome. Wonderful time for all!

Come prepared if you are prone to seasickness

Unfortunately the water was very choppy the day we went out and I experienced pretty bad seasickness the whole time. Unfortunately they did not have anti-nausea medicine like Dramamine on board. It was a very bad couple hours for me unfortunately.

Waikiki Turtle Canyon Snorkel Sail Holocaust Catamaran

My family and I had a blast on our snorkel trip. This was our first time doing anything like this and it was amazing. We were able to see lots of fishes and turtles. The water was so clear that it made it so easy to spot fish. The captain and his crew were very professional and helpful. We had a great group of families with us and made the trip that much better. On another note we were able to see one of the crew members catch a fish on our trip. Fun time. Recommend for everyone to try.

Bucket list experience!

Best Catamaran experience we have ever had and a bonus to swim with the turtles! The crew was amazing! Friendly, helpful and fun! The views while sailing were spectacular! Hands down a bucket list experience!

Worth every dollar!

This experience was worth it all! The crew was great and they took really good care of you! They pointed out the sea turtles and told us where to go so we can find them! They always made sure everyone was doing okay and if we needed anything, they would go out of their way to make sure we’re having a great time. We purchased their “special” drink and it was delicious. The boat itself is very clean as . The crew is very funny and will make your trip worth it. I can’t wait to book my next adventure with them.

Second trip with Holokai. Great Crew!

Family trip to have a wake for my father who just passed. The crew was fun and amazing. They even played a terrible Clancy Brothers song in his honor. The whole boat went silent (the Clancy Brothers are that bad). Thanks for the memories!

Did not see turtles. Poor tour of the island

All that was promised was not fulfilled on this snorkel tour. The staff was nice. I got a little sea sick and they took care of me. But the experience was nothing like what they promised. It was a party boat not a snorkel tour. I would not recommend to any families.

Great experience

This was a fantastic experience! Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable crew. I appreciated the brief snorkel lesson and tips. We were able to see turtles, a variety of fish, and during the sailing portion dolphins and whales. Overall great experience with no complaints! Would recommend to others and will remember them on my next trip!

Favorite snorkel boat!

Love, love, LOVE this boat! It's a beach catamaran so no transportation is needed. Plus, they provide you with FINS that are super comfy and adjustable. After snorkeling, you get some snacks and can purchase drinks on board. We got the souvenir Holokai shaker to keep. We did the 9am cruise which was perfect for visibility and to catch a little bit of sun before it got too hot in the afternoon. Would recommend!

We snorkeled for the first time with turtles.

My friends and I were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary in Honolulu. The turtle swim was our first activity. It met all of our expectations and then some. The three men who took out out to swim made us feel very comfortable and we saw several turtles while snorkeling. The catamaran ride was exciting and the views of the island were breathtaking. This is a must activity for anyone visiting this island.

Terrific experience, fantastic crew!

My wife and I had a great time! The crew was super helpful and friendly. They were great about getting the correct gear, pointing out interesting items - including the 5 turtles we saw that day. Captain Ryan and his first mate were awesome, and we will definitely go again and can absolutely recommend this experience to others.

The tour was great, crew were really nice and tons of fun! We saw a bunch of turtles and fish, and even saw dolphins next to the boat on the ride back.

Fun cruise and Snorkeling activity

It was a nice and beautiful sail out in the ocean and when it came time to snorkeling it was fun and eventful!

Best experience of my life!

This was an awesome experience! I saw so many turtles, which was my only goal in Hawaii. I also saw dolphins in a distance. The guys on the boat were awesome! One of the divers dove down with my camera and took pictures for me of the turtles up close with a respectful distance. I, sadly, also got seasick on the boat. I had no idea I would get that sick. The hosts were so helpful without making me feel embarrassed. They kept checking on me, bringing me water and lavender oil which helped a lot for the sickness. I also loved that they were respectful of the turtles as you will get fined if you touch a turtle in Hawaii. They made us keep our distance from the turtles which I really respect and love about Hawaiin culture. They actually care about the Earth and animals.

The best time!

My boyfriend and I and our two friends had the best time! Snorkeling was amazing and we had a blast on the catamaran ride! The whole crew was so friendly and helpful and made us feel so comfortable! Would 100% come back again!

Check-in is located at The Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort, 2169 Kalia Rd Honolulu HI 96815. Please head into the resort towards Front Desk and into the Retail Spaces.

Check-in Time: 30 minutes before departure. We ask that guests be punctual. Guests will be escorted from the check-in location to the boat for boarding 15 minutes before departure.

Yes, but it’s very rare and when we do, they are small and friendly White Tip Reef Sharks that have no interest in us.
