Lady Lola is a 205ft/63-meter superyacht built by Oceanco in 2002 and refit to an exact standard in 2012. Lady Lola’s interior design oozes sophistication, designed by Zuretti, and her smart exterior is the work of The A Group.

Lady Lola has a spacious interior that sleeps up to 10 guests across 5 rooms, including a master suite, 3 double cabins and 1 twin cabin. The yacht also carries up to 16 crew members on board.

LUCKY LADY’s stylish and contemporary interior decoration works beautifully, thanks to the excellent design, material and furniture selection. Two wood species, birch burl from Norway and dappled mahogany, a bicolor harmony were mainly used in the design. The yacht features unbelievable attention to detail both inside and outside.

M/Y LUCKY LADY also cleverly brings the ‘outside in’ with the use of dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows, sliding doors, and the elimination of internal barriers to the free flow of light, air, views and people. There is a huge and open upper deck which is usable on all its length with specific areas to host any guest groups.

Her main upper deck is a very spacious fully private Owners’ deck which can be entirely closed off from the rest of the vessel. This haven is ideal for relaxed privacy and contemplative ambiance with several other guests. The owner’s upper deck includes a forward master stateroom (pictured below) with its panoramic 270-degree view, a private balcony, as well as a 3,500-square-foot suite including a salon, an office and opening aft on a large covered private terrace. It is like having a yacht within a yacht.

LUCKY LADY’s unrivaled outdoors entertainment boasts features such as a gym and watersports center, a pool with two-level waterfall (first time on a yacht), the retractable golf tee that appears at the touch of a button (first time on a yacht), the outdoor cinema, the extendable table and the protected private dining area on the Owners’ deck.

LUCKY LADY Specifications

The two central elements to this yacht's creation are design and innovation. By looking carefully at the layout, you will be able to understand all the specificities of LUCKY LADY and all the technical challenges the shipyard masterfully integrated regarding structure and engineering. These include a large pool with an overflow system; a golf system; a strong structure allowing a touch and go area on the flybridge, while keeping large glass panels on the deck below; a large aft swimming platform combined with a big garage allowing two tenders to be launched to starboard; a custom built tender to fit the Owner’s perception of perfection; a large stern garage: automatic ballast; stability and comfort through at rest (zero speed) stabilizers.

The floodable tender bay area is used as ballast to overcome the list of the vessel to portside while unloading the tender. This allows the tender to be launched close to the water while minimising crew exposure. LUCKY LADY cruises comfortably at the speed of 11.5 knots.

Yacht Charter Accommodation

OWNER’S SUITE – BRIDGE DECK THE ENTIRE UPPER DECK IS THE OWNER’S PRIVATE SANCTUARY As you enter, step into the discrete and gorgeous 325 sq m/3,500 sq ft master suite. A long hallway leads to the foot of the stairs up to the Owner's Suite and through a second set of doors. In the foyer you'll find a refreshment / service area. The King bed faces forward and offers 270 degree panoramic views. There is a 32" TV with surround sound housed in the cabinet at the base of the bed that pops up. The large room is also furnished with a love seat; chair and ottoman, small table and two chairs. Her desk is on the port side under a large window. Just outside in front of the stateroom is the owner's private forward deck with U-shaped bench seating and coffee table. Aft of the bed, step down to separate His-and-Hers ensuites each containing a safe. - Hers (port side) is fitted with exotic Brazilian azul Macaubas which is a gorgeous blue stone and equipped with a very large dressing area, oval hot tub w/jets under a large opening picture window. She also has a separate steam shower with picture window and private toilet. - His (starboard side) is adorned with fabulous Soldith stone and features a large rainfall shower with curved glass doors, an extra-large vanity, private toilet and safe. Walking through his closet/dressing area leads to a private office with a partner’s desk, two large leather chairs and a 56cm/22” TV. Large windows allow plenty of natural light. Lower Deck Accommodations: On the lower level there are 4 spacious staterooms sleeping 8 additional guests. Each with a desk, seating area and large windows. There is a service station for refreshments in the hallway. All staterooms are equipped with individual climate control; 71cm/28" TV's with individual satellite receivers; Kaleidescape entertainment system; iPod docking station; WiFi access; Intercom; blackout curtains; safe; robe; slippers; hair-dryer; and Bulgari bath products. 3 X King Suites (78" x 78” beds; custom king size) have comfortable sofas and built-in desks. Each ensuite has hot tub w/jets with rainfall shower, single vanity and privacy glass. 1 X Twin/double stateroom (beds are 52” x 78” therefore classed as “double") with rainfall shower, single vanity & privacy glass.

62m Oceanco Motor Yacht Lucky Lady For Sale

Sold in January 2017, the 62.6 metre motor yacht Lady Lola is back on the market, renamed Lucky Lady and jointly listed for sale by  Burgess with Fraser .

Built in steel and aluminium by Dutch yard Oceanco to a design by The A Group , Lucky Lady was delivered in 2002 and hailed at the time as the highest quality yacht yet launched from the yard. Lloyd's classed and MCA compliant, her interior by François Zuretti is themed around Norwegian birch burl wood and mahogany, with a liberal use of fine marbles.

She completed a refit and interior re-design in 2012. During the refit the entire upper level owner's deck was transformed into a 325 square metre private owner's apartment boasting a forward facing owner's suite with 270 degree panoramic views, separate his and hers bathrooms, a private forward facing terrace, a study and a saloon aft. A further major interior refit of decor and soft goods was carried out in 2017.

Accommodation is for 10 guests in five cabins including the master suite. The four guest suites below deck feature en-suite marble bathrooms, seating areas and large closets, making them VIP cabins.

She also features a spacious flybridge for enjoying the space outdoors, which includes a plunge pool with waterfall, an outdoor cinema, two al fresco dining areas and a golf driving range. Twin 1,650hp Caterpillar diesel engines give her a range of 4,500 nautical miles at 12 knots.

Available to view at the upcoming Superyacht Experience in Palm Beach, Florida, Lucky Lady is asking $32,000,000.

The LUCKY LADY yacht is a motor yacht built and delivered in 2002 by Oceanco in their Netherlands shipyard. 

Launched two decades ago as Lady Lola, she was originally built for the late American newspaper publisher, Duane Hagadone.

He sold the superyacht in 2004 for $90 million and purchased her back in 2011 for $47 million.

Over the past twenty years, she has been refitted a few times, the last one five years ago. 

LUCKY LADY Yacht Interior

The LUCKY LADY yacht interior was penned by French studio Zuretti Interior Design. 

An exquisite combination of Norwegian birch burl (from Norway), mahogany, and a color scheme with light tones and opaque hues, as well as Lalique crystal panels and gold flourishes. 

Her design includes sliding doors, incredible floor-to-ceiling windows, and a massive open upper deck. 

She can accommodate up to 10 guests in five staterooms, comprising one master cabin, three double cabins, and one twin cabin. 

The upper deck is fully dedicated to the owner, featuring a suite, private dining area, terrace, office, salon, and 270-degree views. She can also host up to 16 crew members on board.

Probably one of her main attributes is her pool with a two-level waterfall, a feature seen for the first time on a yacht.

In 2017, she underwent a full refresh, having a completely new interior refresh.

The LUCKY LADY yacht features exterior design by The A Group and naval architecture by Oceanco. 

She is built with an arctic white steel hull and aluminium superstructure design with discreet lines. 

The superyacht has a Midnight Express Tender and a Novurania landing craft. 

LUCKY LADY Yacht Specifications

The LUCKY LADY is a 62.60m motor yacht with a beam of 10.5m, a draft of 3.65m, and a volume of 1,038 GT. She is powered by twin Caterpillar engines (1,651HP).

She cruises at 12.5 knots and reaches a maximum speed of 14.5 knots with a range of 3,100 nautical miles. 

The yacht can carry 117,000 litres of fuel and 16,000 litres of water on board. 

She is the 25th largest yacht ever built by Ocean, and one of the largest yachts in the world, ranked number 405th. 

Some of her awards include the ShowBoats Awards 2002 for Best Full Displacement Motoryacht and the International Superyacht Society Awards 2003 for Best Power Interior.

She was built to comply with MCA and Lloyd’s registration, and currently sails under the Cayman Islands flags. 

THE LUCKY LADY yacht is not listed for sale, but she was put for sale in 2015 for 49.9 million EUR. However, she’s currently available for charter. 

Her summer cruising regions are France, Italy, Monaco, Amalfi Coast, Corsica and Sardinia. Her weekly rate goes from 310,00 to 355,000 EUR plus expenses. 

During winter, she cruises in the Bahamas with a charter price starting from $310,000 per week. 

She has a running cost of $1 to $3 million annually and a current price of $35 million.

Merle Wood & Associates is pleased to announce that the 205’ (62m) LADY LOLA yacht sold this week. Winner of a Showboats International Award, and constructed at the renowned Dutch yard Oceanco, LADY LOLA has a wide beam of 34’5” (10.5m) and a draft of 11’11” (3.65m). Purposely built for ultimate privacy, the entire upper deck is dedicated to her owners. The forward master stateroom offers 270-degree panoramic views, a private study and his-and-hers separate en suites complete with a hot tub; a sheltered terrace allows for private al fresco breakfasts, or simply some time alone. The private owners’ salon aft features a 60” TV with surround sound for ultimate viewing pleasure. Able to accommodate 10 guests in 5 staterooms, 4 guest suites are on the lower deck, each with its own en suite and large wardrobes. Accommodation for a total of 16 crew ensures first-class service.

This is the fourth time since 2002 that Merle Wood & Associates is able to announce the LADY LOLA yacht sold, which is a testament to our abilities as a yacht brokerage firm, with a sales record that is truly second to none.

The LADY LOLA yacht sold with a convertible helipad, which was added in 2005 in a small refit, however her interior was completely redesigned in 2012 to the vision of yacht designer Francois Zuretti. The well-known yacht designer generously retained the use of exquisite marbles and Norwegian birch burl and mahogany woods, creating an ambience of understated elegance.

Lloyd’s-classed and MCA-compliant, the LADY LOLA yacht sold to new owners who wanted the ideal vessel for entertainment and pleasure. Constructed in steel and aluminum by Oceanco and styled by yacht designers at The A Group, her oversized sun deck is large enough to host 120 guests for docked parties, and features a plunge pool adorned with a waterfall to make her the perfect vessel on which to entertain guests. Rounding out the unique amenities are a retractable golf tee, al fresco theater, and a gym. Two distinct al fresco dining options with a retractable awning each offer exquisite views, while a 28’ Novurania tender rests on the beach platform.

Powered by two Cat 3512B DITA engines, she has a maximum speed of 15 knots, and a cruising speed of 12 knots, with a range of 4,500nm. Zero-speed stabilizers keep guests comfortable.
