The 2 Ladies has had its debut during last month at the Monaco Yacht Show. A grandiose superyacht finished just recently, the 2 Ladies is the second yacht launched by Rossinavi during the current year, after the Aslec 4 in March.
The exterior of this majestic vessel was penned down by Mulder Design, based in the Netherlands. Its contemporary, sleek fresh grey hull contrasts superbly with the immaculate white hull, providing an air of confidence and strength. The interiors of the 2 Ladies were designed by Tommaso Spadolini in a rather minimalistic style.
Mulder Design and Tommaso Spadolini have continuously collaborated with OCEAN Independence and their yacht management division OCEAN Management during the entire building process in order to manufacture a one off piece of sailing equipment.
Measuring 46 meters in length, 2 Ladies boasts with a focusing on guest comfort, sharing opulently large exterior spaces, with large main and upper aft decks, both providing intimacy in open air, while the lavish observation cockpit fore of the wheelhouse and the lush sun deck are there to complete a luxurious picture.
Perfect for al fresco dining, the main aft deck features a large dining table which can accommodate up to 10 guests in an familiar atmosphere. The main deck saloon is a naturally lit space designed in a contemporary Italian style, with cozy fixtures decked in brown and cream tones. It is also a spot on place for entertainment and long movie nights, as the plethora of cozy upholstery is completed by a large, retractable flat screen TV.
Fore of the lounge lies one of the most intriguing amenities on the 2 Ladies – an exposed, circular staircase which encases the glass elevator, creating a quick and sturdy connection between the 4 decks. It was constructed from travertine marble, ebony, stainless steel and glass, thus providing an elegant piece of decoration as well. Heading forward, we can admire the lounge which flows superbly into the main dining room, a place where exquisite wines can be enjoyed alongside tasty dishes.
Put together, 2 Ladies has enough living spaces to cozily accommodate up to 12 guests. It boasts with staterooms all over the central upper decks, main and even lower ones. There are 2 luxurious master suites, one covering the entire fore main deck, while the second one can be found on the upper deck.
The main deck master suite features a large, adjacently located lounge, walk in wardrobe, gym , king-size bed and an exquisite en suite bathroom with separate jet shower area, bidet, toilet and Jacuzzi. The owner’s suite on the upper deck is just as beautiful, decked in a similar modern Italian style, with a full beam stateroom, large bed, lounge area, ex suite bathroom with jet shower area and Jacuzzi, all garnished with marble surfaces.
There are also 4 additional guest suites on 2 Ladies’ lower deck, with 2 twin fore and 2 VIP quarters aft. They are featuring two single beds for the twins and large double beds for the VIPs, 25 inch flat screen TV, iTouch controls, sufficient storage spaces and desk areas. Atop the vessel we can find the superb top sun deck, with sun loungers, Jacuzzi surrounded by sun pads fore, sunbathing area aft, barbecue, fully equipped bar and breathtaking 360-degrees panoramas.
In terms of entertainment, the 2 Ladies provides water toys like water skis, 2 jet skis and one donut, kite and dive instructor, jet-ski training center and diving gear. The 2 Ladies is available for charter through Ocean Independence.

Motor Yacht
In the summer of 2010 Mulder Design was introduced to two friends and business partners looking for a motor yacht of approximately 46 meter in length.
The design brief I received was a bit unusual since the two owner’s will be on board at the same time with their two ladies and consequently we needed to have two owner’s staterooms of equal quality.
- Other important items in the briefing were:
- four guest state rooms
- fitness room
- fold-down transom hatch creating a large beach area.
- the intention to charter, so ample crew space required
- transatlantic range
The first concept was very well received and only minor modification were made before we had the final lay-out and outside styling. The owner’s choice was to build the yacht at Rossi Navi in Viareggio, Italy. Studio Spadolini was selected by the owners to do the interior design and turned our basic concept lay-out into a beautiful interior.
The result was • A beautiful owner’s state room at main deck • Forward facing gym at main deck • Another beautiful owner’s state room at the wheelhouse deck. • Adjacent to the upper owner’s state room a sky lounge • Four guest suites at the lower level. • Beautiful stairway from the lower deck all the way up to the flying bridge. • In the center of the stairs a glass elevator servicing the three interior decks and the flying bridge deck • Salon and dining at main deck • A fourth deck with laundry area and a service tunnel underneath the guest area with access to the engine room. • Flying bridge with Jacuzzi, sunbathing, bar, lounge chairs, grill.

Launched in 2012, 2 Ladies superyacht offers all the amenities you would expect from a great charter yacht – and more! This 152' steel displacement yacht was created by collaboration between Mulder Design, Studio Spadolini and Rossinavi and wows with a high volume, sophisticated interior and high quality finish.
2 Ladies yacht was designed for worldwide cruising in all weathers and has a range of over 4,500 nautical miles. Full Lloyd’s classification makes sure that each trip will be made at the highest level of safety, whereas Naiad zero speed stabilizers ensure smooth anchoring at all times.
Three decks offer lots of gathering areas on board 2 Ladies yacht: From the main deck with large dining area for up to 12 persons to the wheel house deck with a comfy seating area aft with coffee tables and a generous seating & sunbathing area on the fore deck to the fully equipped fly bridge with sun loungers, sunbathing area, Jacuzzi, bar, & BBQ – you are spoilt for choice!
All decks of 2 Ladies superyacht can be accessed via a glass elevator, which is embedded in the exposed staircase, and represents the centerpiece of this imposing yacht; the elevator is also suitable for wheel chairs (maximum width 23 inches).
The staircase is made from ebony and steel, whereas the steps are made from travertine marble, treated to resemble orange peel. The marble‘s porosity was enhanced so that the light flushes the structure; thus the steps are illuminated in a warm, non-offensive to the eye way.
2 Ladies’ contemporary, minimalist interior, designed by Studio Spadolini, features walnut wood floorings mixed with brushed ash wood, glossy varnished ebony and ceilings with lacquered and illuminated panels, creating an airy ambience.

The full beam master suite on the wheelhouse deck is kept in contemporary Italian style and includes a spacious king-size bed (180cm x 200cm), a comfortable seating area and a study.
The en-suite facilities are equipped with a jet shower, Jacuzzi tub and sink, all with marble finishes, as well as toilet, bidet and towel warmer.
The stylish walk-in closet contains lots of storage space. This cabin comes furnished with the latest technology that includes a 60” flat screen TV, a stereo with an IPod docking station and speakers.
Offers access to the wheelhouse deck as well as to the wheelhouse lounge.
The full beam master suite on the main deck of 2 Ladies yacht reflects a natural feel with rich layers of black, grey and white hues and is furnished with a king-size bed (180cm x 200cm), spacious lounge area, desk, 60” flat screen TV and a walk in closet.
The en-suite facilities are equipped with a Jacuzzi tub, jet shower, sink, all with marble finishes; as well as a towel warmer, toilet and bidet.

The port side guest cabin comes with two single beds (90cm x 200cm) that share a bedside table, 32” flat screen TV, and a closet. The impressive en suite includes a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
The star board guest cabin features two single beds (90cm x 200cm) that conveniently transform into a comfortable double bed. Equipped with two bedside tables, 32” flat screen TV and a closet. The lush en suite includes a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
2 Ladies superyacht also offers a spectacular, forward facing gym, which is situated on the main deck and is fully equipped with the latest generation of Technogym equipment and a pop-up TV.
The lower deck features a beach club, sauna and an additional bathroom; there is a side opening door for the tender so that the aft area is effectively always available as a beach club.

49m Rossinavi motor yacht N2H sold
The 48.7-metre motor yacht N2H has been sold in an in-house deal at Edmiston , with Hans Van Doornmalen representing the seller and Andrew Bond representing the buyer.
Built in steel and aluminium by Italian yard Rossinavi in 2017, the DNV-classed yacht recently completed its five-year survey during a major interior refit completed by Amico in 2022.
Massari Design was responsible for the new interior while the exterior, featuring reverse-angle wheelhouse windows, is by Enrico Gobbi .
Accommodating 10 guests in five cabins, her main deck owner's suite has a separate office and sports two balconies, giving a fresh and open feel at anchor. Two VIP doubles and a pair of twin cabins are situated on the lower deck, all with marble bathrooms. There are quarters for a crew of nine.
The saloon, with ample seating for large groups to socialise, and open-plan dining space lead into a spacious lobby, where a glass-sided spiral staircase forms a focal point. Its sculpture, encrusted with Swarovski crystals, snakes up to the upper saloon, which, like the main saloon, offers good views through long horizontal panes of glass. Reflective, polished stainless steel mullions make the space feel wide.
The large sundeck sports a 3.5-metre pool with its own waterfall, and sunbathing areas forward and aft. An adjustable slatted hardtop allows for a degree of sunlight to filter through as and when desired.
N2H' s upper deck aft features a large dining table and seating, while the foredeck has a lounging area and the swim platform offers another area to relax at anchor, benefitting from wide steps for easy access to and from the sea.
The 494GT yacht is powered by twin 1,301hp Caterpillar diesel engines giving her a cruising speed of 14 knots. Zero-speed stabilisers make N2H comfortable at rest.
Lying in Nice, France, N2H was asking €23,500,000 with EU VAT paid.
