With captain.
Welcome aboard our Southern Lights catamaran, one of the most incredible and often overlooked spots in the Philippines. I'm Did, and I'm all about showing you the hidden gems of this beautiful place, away from the usual tourist spots. Let me introduce you to our pride and joy: the Sunreef 60 Loft Catamaran. It's not just any yacht - it's like having your own luxury floating palace for a getaway you'll never forget. Imagine relaxing on the deck, drink in hand, with the wind in your hair and stunning views of the Philippines all around you. We have some amazing destinations lined up for you, from the pristine Linapacan Islands to the surreal Kayangan Lake. And don't even get me started on the vibrant coral reefs and historic shipwrecks you can explore. We have access to some of the most exclusive private beaches and islands around. That means you'll get to experience Palawan's beauty without the crowds, soaking up the sun on your own private paradise. When it comes to comfort, we've got you covered. Picture yourself lounging in the spacious living room or retreating to one of the four cozy cabins, each with its own private bathroom. But here's where the fun really begins: we've got a whole array of water toys on board, ready for you to dive into the crystal-clear waters and explore the most beautiful islands and coral reefs. Looking forward to hearing from you and designing the sailing experience of your dreams! TOP CRUISE ROUTES IN NORTHERN PALAWAN BUSUANGA DISCOVERY Located in Busuanga Bay on Busuanga Island, Southern Lights is just 40 minutes away from Busuanga-Coron Airport. Busuanga, the northern region of Palawan, comprises three major islands: Busuanga, Culion, and Coron. We've selected Busuanga as our base due to its rich variety of breathtaking sights and activities. It's our year-round cruising destination, offering protection from strong winds. Each day in Busuanga promises a unique experience, from white sandy private islands and stunning reefs to the enchanting lakes of Coron, twin lagoons, secluded beaches, renowned Japanese wreck diving spots, safaris, and visits to fishing villages. Every day holds its own charm. Contact me for more details and pictures of these itineraries. CORON TO EL NIDO EXPEDITION Our second proposed itinerary takes you from Coron to El Nido, with occasional waves during the Linapacan crossing, yet remaining a gentle cruise for most of the year. This route offers the opportunity to traverse the remote Linapacan Islands, where boat traffic is scarce, before arriving at the bustling but breathtaking Bacuit Bay in El Nido—a remarkable area albeit popular with tourists. CUSTOMIZED ITINERARIES I'm able to tailor-make any itinerary within the Philippines, though additional delivery fees may apply for departures/arrivals different from Busuanga.

Only one change of date is allowed, and within a year from the date of the change. ADVANCE PROVISIONAL ALLOWANCE (APA) Irrespective of the charter contract it is important for guests to be aware of the Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). The APA was designed to enable charterers to manage their expenses through a clear and trackable arrangement. An APA is a way to deposit the estimated expense amount of your charter to cover costs such as fuel, food and dockage fees. Typically, the APA accrues to approximately 25% to 30% of the base charter fee, though this does of course depend on the charter parties tastes and requirements and could be far less or far greater than this estimation. For instance, charter guests who intend to regularly dine on caviar and vintage wine can expect to pay more, whereas guests on board a sailing yacht charter can expect to save on fuel costs. Charterers can request an estimated APA amount from the yacht broker based on their on board expectations. The APA is to be paid approximately one month prior to boarding the charter yacht and is paid directly to the captain of the yacht. Once the APA has been paid to the captain it will then be retained as a bank account of sorts, from which the captain can make expenditures whilst keeping a record of what has been spent. At any point during the yacht charter guests can request a rundown of accounts from the captain as a way of keeping track of expenditures. The captain will request that any additional funds are paid during the charter should guests exceed the APA. It is therefore a good idea to keep an additional account with your yacht broker on shore, as should the APA become critically low at any time the yacht broker can release additional funds to the captain on the charterers command. Cash can be used if necessary though an onshore account may be deemed as hassle free to some. It is important to remember that food and fuel for example, are charged at cost without markup to the charterer and upon disembarking, transactions can be reviewed by the "head" charterer and captain with any remaining funds to be paid back to the charterer. The APA will be used by the captain to pay all the expenses that are not included in your invoice. The balance will be refunded to the clients after the completion of the experience.
