The MAG III yacht sold by Merle Wood & Associates is one of the most desirable hulls in the popular Benetti Vision series thanks to it being the only one with a three-person elevator and Zero Speed stabilizers. In addition, her timeless Bannenberg & Rowell interior has been immaculately maintained and frequently updated with the finest materials.
The MAG III yacht sold by Merle Wood & Associates was Hull # 11 in the Benetti Vision series. She has a stunning interior with the finest wood and marble combinations throughout. The main salon offers guests two separate seating areas. The larger seating area aft features a custom bar made of Zebrano wood with a petrified wood bar top and unlimited color variation LED illumination. The partition between the two areas, made of solid queen Macassar ebony and African anigre, is closed on the bottom and has bookshelves on the top, creating a more formal area aft and a cozier sitting area forward.
Upon entering the master suite, one first passes through a master study, which has a wardrobe, desk with two chairs, private coffee bar, and fridge. The windows surrounding the full-beam master stateroom provide an impressive 270-degree circular view, and forward, a door leads to the suite’s private veranda seating area on the foredeck. The suite also offers his and her baths and ample closets and storage space.
On the lower deck, there are 4 guest staterooms, which are comprised of two VIP staterooms with queens and two doubles with twins, each with Pullman berths. All guest staterooms are appointed with beautiful woodwork, a light and airy décor, hand-selected marble, and ample closets and storage space. The starboard twin guest stateroom is made up as a gym, however, all of the woodwork to convert the gym back to a twin stateroom is meticulously stored and can easily be reinstalled.
Up on the bridge deck, guests can relax in the elegant yet comfortable skylounge, which is accented by a solid queen Macassar ebony and anigre wood horseshoe bar with color changing LED lights that coordinate with the main salon bar lights. The adjacent dining area seats 10 guests and provides 270-degree views thanks to wraparound glass doors that can be opened or closed, giving guests the option of dining indoors or outdoors depending on the weather conditions and their preferences.
MAG III’s aft main deck has fixed seating, two chairs, and a large teak table for al fresco dining. Her sundeck offers a Jacuzzi, teak loungers, a casual seating area, and a table. Further forward is a dining area, a bar, and three stools. All the way forward is a forward-facing semicircular seating area which has a table and additional chairs – the perfect place for taking in the sights while cruising.
The door of the garage opens down, creating the perfect area to stage water toys and activities, and when the toys are out of the garage, the area becomes an excellent beach club. MAG III has a top speed of 15 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots thanks to 2 Caterpillar 3508B engines with 1,300hp each giving her a range of 4,000 nautical miles.

An Opulent Interior with a DifferenceThe interior of M/Y MAG III is a triumph, with beautiful woodwork and Italian marble throughout, and a warm, elegant décor.  The designers of M/Y MAG III have created something rather special, with some wonderful deviations from the standard yacht layout. On the main deck, the large space of the main salon has been artfully broken up into welcoming two living spaces, divided by a bookshelf made from Queen Macassar Ebony & African Anigre. Soft pheasant silk lounges and a magnificent Zebrano Wood bar are found aft, while forward, the traditional dining room space has been beautifully converted into a cozy library reading room with plush, deep sofas, wood paneling, tapestries and stunning sea views. The dining table, meanwhile, has been moved up one level to the sky lounge, where it is positioned aft and framed by a curved sweep of glass sliding doors, creating an airy indoor-outdoor dining space with 270 degree views of sea and sky.  This gorgeous dining area begs to be used regularly – unlike many traditional main deck dining rooms which are often only utilized on formal occasions or in poor weather. The sky lounge also has sumptuous lounges for snuggling up to watch movies on the big screen. Old World Glamour Meets Superyacht StyleThe clever design is found throughout the yacht’s interior, which is divided into gorgeous living spaces that make each area not just a room, but a destination to be enjoyed while on board.  Depending on your mood, you might like to have pre-dinner drinks in the sophisticated upper lounge bar, high tea in the plush main salon, or adjourn to the library reading room for a cognac and a game of cards after dinner. The upstairs bar even has a cushioned window seat for lounging with a glass of wine and a good book, looking through the glass to see dolphins playing in the bow wave.  Split Level Master with Private Terrace and a 5-Stateroom LayoutM/Y MAG III offers five beautifully appointed staterooms for 10 guests, including a stunning split- level master suite. The master study and wardrobes are set on the entry level from the lobby, before a few small steps lead up to the vast bedroom suite on the upper level, which is complete with an opulent marble and Aingre wood bathroom and large bath with sea view. The master has a spectacular circular theme, set off by the curve of panoramic windows which flood the room with light.  There’s also the extremely attractive feature of an owner’s terrace, reached through a forward door. The soft lounge seating is shaded by white wisps of sailcloth, providing the perfect retreat on a summer’s afternoon. Four additional staterooms are found on the lower deck, where two lovely queen VIPs are complemented by two well-appointed twin staterooms, proving an ideal layout if you have children in your family, single friends, or wish to charter the yacht out.  One of the twin staterooms is currently set up as a gym, but is very easily converted back to a fifth stateroom if you so choose, with all the original woodwork and features ready to be reinstalled. All of the staterooms have their own Italian marble bathrooms, and are connected to the other decks by an elevator as well as a grand stairwell that circles up through the marble lobby.  A Jacuzzi and a Beach Club: What More Could You Want?MAG III has some stunning features for a yacht in this size range, including a sundeck Jacuzzi and a large garage that converts into a beach club for dreamy days by the water, diving off the swim platform into the deep blue sea.
