Guest Accommodation
Built in 1977, Vision offers guest accommodation for up to 9 guests in 5 suites comprising a master suite, one VIP cabin and three double cabins. The supremely spacious full beam master suite benefits from a his and her bathroom. There are 5 beds in total, including 2 king, 1 queen, 1 double and 1 single. She is also capable of carrying up to 8 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht charter experience.

Built with a aluminium hull and aluminium superstructure, she benefits from a semi-displacement hull to provide exceptional seakeeping and impressive speeds. Powered by twin Caterpillar engines, she comfortably cruises at 12 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 15 knots with a range of up to 2,000 nautical miles from her 36,000 litre fuel tanks at cruising speed. With a shallow draft of 2.13m/7' Vision can anchor closer to coves and sheltered bays overnight. An on board stabilization system ensures comfort when underway.
Vision has a good selection of water toys and accessories to entertain you and your guests whilst on charter. Take to the sea on the Jet Skis offering you power and control on the water. Another excellent feature are wakeboards so guests can show off at speed. Additionally, there are two kayaks - a tranquil and relaxing way to pass the time. If that isn't enough Vision also features fishing equipment, scuba diving equipment, inflatable water toys, paddleboards and snorkelling equipment. Georgetown is the Capital of Great Exuma, the largest island in the Exumas, Bahamas. The possibilities are endless, we can recommend a plan or just go with the flow. We are on island time so whatever you are feeling each day, we can delight and suprise. With many possibilities for snorkling, hiking, swimming, dining, and more, the world is your oyster. Depending on your arrival times, we can let you check in as early as 10am so we can head out early and visit an island on your first evening. Off the Hook Yachts Acquires 300-Slip Marina in Georgetown Maryland
The Acquisition
Off the Hook Yachts is proud to announce the acquisition of Georgetown Yacht Basin (GYB) now rebranding under Georgetown Yacht Haven – a 300-boat slip full-service marina located on the Sassafras River in Georgetown, MD. Off the Hook plans to restore the yacht basin to its former glory and reconnect with the local community in order to establish it as a household name in the area.
As our founder is originally from Maryland, this will complement our current presence in the area, along with our MD sales team, which currently operates out of Bay Bridge Marina. The acquisition of the marina will allow us to expand on sales, service, and custom-built Nor-Tech Performance Boat sales in the region. Georgetown Yacht Haven has 300 slips, two paint sheds that can hold up to a 110-foot yacht, a 110-ton travel lift, a fuel dock, a swimming pool, bathhouses, and a complete ship store, along with many other amenities. GYH controls the largest travel lift in Northern Chesapeake Bay.

“Introduced in 1987, the Grand Banks 42 Motor Yacht is a traditional sundeck cruising yacht of uncommon beauty and elegance. She never came near the popularity of the 42 Classic, but enough were sold to make these boats fairly common on the brokerage market. With accommodations for up to three couples, the 42 Motoryacht was popular with those who entertain as well as cruise. Two interiors were offered; a standard three-stateroom layout with the galley up, or optional two-stateroom plan with the galley down. Behind the helm to starboard is an L-shaped dining area with teak table and settee. Steps at the aft end of the salon lead down to the elegant full beam master stateroom with walkaround queen bed, built- in desk, and generous storage. The aft deck is easily covered by a separate Bimini from the flybridge and makes a spacious outdoor entertaining area. In 1991, Grand Banks redesigned the hull of all of their 42-footers, expanding the width and length by six inches. Among several engine options, twin 210hp Cats cruise at 8–10 knots and twin 375hp Cats cruise at 14–15 knots.”
