The Edmonds Yacht Club is the perfect setting for making memories. We welcome the opportunity to tell you more about our venue and services. With a spectacular view of Puget Sound, you and your guests can admire the majestic mountains, sandy beaches and vibrant sunsets. All of this and more can be enjoyed from the lovely banquet room and spacious outdoor patio ... ideal for a beachfront ceremony. The Edmonds Yacht Club offers flexible seating arrangements and has a capacity for approximately 220 seated guests. Our clients have access to a fully equipped commercial kitchen and separate bar area; as well as dinnerware, silverware and drinkware including wine goblets, bar tumblers, and champagne flutes. As a courtesy, vases and candle holders are also available. You are welcome to bring in your own food/beverages or secure the services of a caterer. If you plan to serve any type of alcohol it is necessary to apply for a Banquet Permit ($10), contract with a licensed bartender and obtain Event Liability and Property Damage insurance that includes liquor liability. The Edmonds Yacht Club provides the spacious room, tables, chairs, in-room speakers, wireless microphones and an on-site representative to assist with last minute needs. Plenty of complimentary parking is available nearby. Selecting a venue is a very important part of planning your special day. Venue shopping and this place is a big PASS! We came for the Edmonds Chowder Festival. The Yacht Club staff was disorganized every time we saw them (including getting stuck in caution tape trying to get inside the building). The place was very small, there's no real view (other than of the boats) and a small patio area. Also, it's got a very old carpet that doesn't look good with a small tattered dance floor.

What a great venue! I recently attended a wedding here and the space is just perfect with an excellent bar area you can use, great open windows looking out over the boats - you cannot beat the view of the boats and water. They have great parking options too.

We had our wedding at the Edmonds Yacht Club this past July and it was amazing! It is the perfect location and we loved the venue layout. Our wedding photos are just beautiful and couldn't have asked for a better venue. Diane is an absolute joy to work with! She is very helpful, informative, and attentive. We would highly recommend the Edmonds Yacht Club for a wedding or large event.

I can't get over how much I love this venue! I don't know much about the city of Edmond's besides the hotel options are Extremely limited (Best Western) if having your wedding here but this place was so perfect. It definitely helps to get some draping and decor in here to create a more dreamy atmosphere but with a few rentals this place is really something special. My fiance (at the time) walked in here by chance after a few other venues didn't pan out, it's by appointment only and I couldn't get a hold of anyone for a few hours that day but when we peeked in the rental manager was inside finishing up with someone and said she'd be happy to help. At the end of the tour we could not hand over our deposit check soon enough. Our wedding was nothing over the top but it came together perfectly with the help of a coordinator, DJ, a great caterer, photographer, event rentals & EYC. It's also really convenient how they provide all the serviceware with the venue, one less thing to worry about.

I highly recommend using the Edmonds Yacht Club for your wedding! My husband and I are so glad we booked our ceremony and reception there. We loved the view and being right on the water. The sunset was spectacular! Diane was very easy to work with and responded to emails and questions along the way very promptly. She gave us multiple opportunities to view the venue and come to take photos or measurements. We used the patio for the ceremony and the inside/outside for the reception. All our guests loved the venue and were so impressed with it! We used very few decorations because the venue speaks for itself! Our caterer was in love with the commercial kitchen. It was so nice to not worry about tables, plates, stemware, etc. We did end up renting chairs for the ceremony because the venue's chairs can only be used indoors. The price was so reasonable for an entire day rental. We ended up getting our entire damage deposit back too!

We were fortunate to find this venue for my husband's 70th birthday party with a 70's Disco Theme! Our guests enjoyed the beautiful scenic marina view with the ferry passing back and forth! Diane Toney the office manager was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She had great customer service and refunded us the projector fee when we experienced a minor problem with it. We especially enjoyed the flexibility of being able to choose our own caterer instead of having to deal with expensive hotel venue catering food. Our guests say this was the best birthday party that they ever attended!

Note: If you are planning ahead, 2025 rates have a 10% increase

Support Services Fees

• Support Services Fee:  A $550 support services fee that includes on-site support, cleaning and sanitizing is charged and collected 60 days prior to the event along with a fully refundable $500 damage deposit.  There is no tax, corkage fee or gratuity. 
• $500 fully refundable damage deposit
• A non-refundable deposit of $1000 or 50% of the Rental Fee (whichever is higher) confirms your event with the remaining balance, professional service fee and damage deposit due 60 days prior to your event.
