It has spectacular greens with an all-encompassing view of the river. The two venues which can host anywhere between 70-200 people. It can cater to both intimate events and huge gatherings. The club has stylishly changed and advanced over the last ten decades with an eternal bar, unique souvenirs, an exposed fireside and an all-encompassing look of the Swan River from a raised site. ● The Bayview Room can host anywhere between 175 people in seated capacity and 200 in a cocktail event setting. ● The Deepdene Room adorned with huge floor to ceiling walls can host 70 seated guests or 100 in a cocktail style event. You and your guests can enjoy the night dancing on its dance floor with special AV equipment. How to use and retain boating accommodation and facilities at claremont yacht club..

Boating accommodation at the Club consists of:

• Swing Moorings
• Dinghy Shed Racks
• Boat Launching Ramp
• Refueling Facilities

Access to boating accommodation facilities is one of the most valuable privileges of membership of Claremont Yacht Club.

No Member owns or has special rights to occupy any boating accommodation provided by the Club.

Arrangements such as the payment of rent in advance are required but do not provide a right to a member to occupy a specific pen, mooring or other boating accommodation.

The Pens and Moorings Committee administers the allocation and use of boating accommodation.  Minor maintenance of the pen system, moorings, ramp, foreshore, Dinghy accommodation and the use of the undercroft work area is undertaken by the Bosun under the management of the House Committee.

The Dinghy Sub Committee is responsible for the allocation, administration, and maintenance of the Dinghy Shed Racks.

It is the responsibility of all Members to ensure that their vessel complies with the Club’s Boating Accommodation Guide (BAG),   Safety Requirements and meets the standards required to ensure the Club can meet its obligations to the management authorities of the Swan River and recreation areas around the Club.
