Wonderful memories., absolutely outstanding., the crew were faultless..
We had a great time. The crew were faultless. Easy going. Cabins clean and air conditioned. Food great and plentiful. The captain booked us into the yacht club mid week - can't remember where - but that was great. All else was honestly fab and we all had a lovely week. Have already recommended your company to several friends.
Emma. UK, August 2024 - Ya Selam (Turkey)
Already we have recommended you.
Well I don't think there are enough superlatives to illustrate the marvellous time we had. Every single member of the family from old to young thought it was the best holiday ever. Tomas and his crew were so attentive, kind and as for the cooking - amazing! I could send you endless photos but I will just send you a few and THANK YOU for everything and already we have recommended you.
Jackie Morris. UK, July 2024 - Morning Star (Croatia)

The Seagon Family. Kenya, August/September 2024 - Salamander (Turkey)
Reconnecting as a family.
We really couldn’t fault it and had a very relaxing time reconnecting as a family. We discussed possible routes with Captain Gurol and he definitely chose the right one for us being the Gulf of Gokova, lots of wonderful coves, clear water, able to find quiet spots, and not too much long distance motoring. Meeting up with the our friends worked perfectly and we enjoyed the water sports. We also had an opportunity to sail. The crew were great, very professional and helpful and we couldn’t have asked for more. Delicious food every day from the chef with plenty of variety, quite an achievement when at sea for a week.
Thank you! Anonymous. UK, August 2024 - Ya Selam (Turkey)
What a magical week.
It was bliss, what a wonderous week we had aboard salamander., what a wonderful experience…….

So, get ready to set sail on a breathtaking adventure along the Turkish coast and discover the beauty and wonder that awaits you on a Gulet cruise holiday. Let’s make your dreams of exploring Turkey’s hidden gems a reality!
What is a Gulet?
A Gulet is a traditional Turkish wooden sailing yacht that is designed explicitly for cruising along the beautiful Turkish coast. These vessels are known for their elegant design, spacious interiors, and comfortable accommodations. Gulets typically range in size from 15 to 40 meters and can accommodate anywhere from 6 to 20 passengers.
Gulets are built with a combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern amenities, offering a perfect blend of authenticity and comfort. Each Gulet is unique in terms of design and layout. Still, they generally feature cosy cabins with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious deck for sunbathing and dining, and a fully equipped kitchen where the onboard chef prepares delicious meals.
The beauty of a gulet lies in its ability to provide an intimate and personalized cruising experience. Unlike larger cruise ships, gulets can access smaller and more secluded bays and coves, allowing passengers to explore hidden gems inaccessible to other vessels. With their friendly and experienced crew, gulets offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making you feel at home throughout your journey.

The crew members will go above and beyond to ensure that your needs are met and that you have a memorable experience.
- Flexibility and freedom: Unlike traditional cruises, gulet cruises offer a high level of flexibility and freedom. Gulets are traditional Turkish motor yachts, which are beautifully crafted from wood. They have a spacious sundeck, perfect for soaking up the sun and admiring the views as you cruise the clear waters of the Aegean and Mediterranean. A gulet cruise allows you to reach secluded bays not accessible by land and to swim in the clearest of water, away from the shore.
From time to time you will stop off to visit places of interest along your route, the perfect way to explore the remains of the ancient civilizations, which once inhabited this part of the world. Our gulets have between 3 to 10 cabins. All cabins are equipped with air conditioning and en suite facilities including WC, hand basin and shower. Air conditioning cannot be operated whilst gulets are in harbour and will operate usually between 3 to 5 hours per day. We have a huge selection of gulet holidays for your pleasure. Whether it is a private gulet hire in Turkey or Greece, a luxury gulet holiday in the Ionian Islands, a voyage in the Adriatic, island hopping in the Med or another amazing experience, we have you covered.

WONDERFUL! Wish we could turn back the clock and do it all over again!! The Captain and crew of three (including the excellent chef) were always cheerful and friendly. They worked extremely hard to fulfill all our needs on this wonderful cruise!!
Best sail I have ever been on in my life! 10/10… Would recommend!! The crew was amazing and thorough in every detail. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were unlike anything I’ve ever seen on a sailing trip. The loungers in the boat were the best and there was so much room onboard. A++ service!
Fantastic Gulet cruise around Montenegro. The boat ‘Sadri Usta’ was spacious & clean. Our Cabin bed was very comfortable. All 4 crew were great & very friendly, especially Milos who was very informative throughout the trip. Excursions were very well run. Sun loungers on deck were very comfortable & offered both full sun or shade if required. We would definitely recommend.
Superb holiday. First time we had been on a gulet cruise and this has set the bar very high! Well organised and excellent. Very pleased with the boat and our cabin with an en suite (8 cabins in total). Crew were fantastic, especially Milos who was a superb host. Exceeded our expectations.

The settlement was town-incorporated in 1892 and city-incorporated in 1903. As a harbor port, St Petersburg started to grow in the early-20th-century when the downtown waterfront infrastructure was developed, and especially after 1908 when the shipping channel was dredged/deepened allowing access to larger vessels. The city's tourism industry developed in the 1920s-1930s, with seasonal tourists arriving (by cars, trains and yachts) from Canada and the North-Midwest USA.
St Petersburg was the principal Gulf Coast destination for trains serving the routes from Chicago, Cincinnati and New York. The 1924-opened Gandy Bridge (carrying highway 92) and the 1960-opened Howard Frankland Bridge (carrying highway I-275) both span Old Tampa Bay and directly connect St Petersburg to Tampa.
The city's current-day economy is largely based on industries like finances (Raymond James Financial, Fidelity National Information Services), healthcare (Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital, St Anthony's Hospital, Bayfront Health), retail shopping (HSN, Publix Super Markets), electronics manufacturing (Jabil), communications, private and higher education, tourism (annual festivals, parades, museums, arts, sports).
