At an impressive 262 feet, motor yacht Elements is an inspiring yacht. With its notable SOLAS classification, and naval architecture undertaken by Alfa Marine in Athens, the yacht comfortably accommodates up to 24 guests and 19 crew within its expansive interior.
Originally commissioned to be built for an owner who made some minor changes before suddenly pulling out of the deal, Fahad Al Athel, owner of Yachtley shipyard in Izmit, Turkey , made the bold decision to continue with the build himself, hiring renowned Italian designer Cristiano Gatto for the interior, and opting for Lloyds and SOLAS classification. “I wanted the experience and training for my employees,” he explains. “We now have a really high-caliber workforce producing a fantastic quality of work.”

Elements features a classically styled displacement steel hull, and an aluminum superstructure with teak decks. The yacht is fitted with two pairs of stabilizers that work at anchor to increase onboard comfort, and is powered by two MTU (16V 4000 M63L) diesel engines, capable of a top speed of 18 knots.
Comprising a master suite, two VIP staterooms, four double staterooms, four twin cabins, and one smaller twin cabin, the yacht was developed as a “multifaceted, organic process” that influences every element of the interior, says Gatto. “ Elements ’ interior can’t be confined within the border of a specific style or feel. Opulence with a capital ‘O’ is the red thread throughout.”
With its own in-house interior workshop, Yachtley shipyard strikes a balance between in-house workmanship and subcontracted exterior suppliers. Enlisting the likes of Yachting Protection for all paint and fairing, and Vibrascan for noise and vibration study, the result is an oceangoing vessel of indisputable status, with a volume of 2,900 GT, and key features that include a beach club, spa pool, hammam, and an elevator to provide convenient access to the yacht’s four voluminous decks.
“ Elements is a fantastic yacht, I’m proud of every bit of her,” says Al Athel. “It’s very hard to achieve a yacht of that quality for that price, but I wanted to have the best of everything.”

The yachts interior décor is light airy and contemporary. She boasts 2 spacious social areas ideal for luxury charters. Her main salon is adorned in sumptuous soft furnishings of plush sofas and armchairs, in a crisp white, with lovely red accents. Laid in an open plan, the formal dining table is situated forward. Warm wood panels and bespoke flooring, are illuminated by plenty of natural light from the surrounding panoramic windows. An upper sky lounge has a casual ambiance, where guests can relax and enjoy the full entertainment systems, or simply sit back and unwind.
Offering three exterior decks, M/Y ELEMENT has functional and charter-friendly outdoor living spaces. On the main deck aft of the salon, is an alfresco dining table and built-in seating. Her upper aft deck is adjacent to the sky lounge and features a generous seating area and cocktail tables with teak chairs, the perfect area for evening cocktails and canapes. The sundeck is well-appointed complete with sunpads, seating, alfresco dining and a deluxe Jacuzzi. For a quiet escape, there is a cozy sunpad and seating area on the main deck forward.

The Cantieri di Pisa motor yacht ELEMENT can accommodate 12 guests in 6 cabins. Her Owners' stateroom is located on the main deck forward with an office with a seating area. The master suite measures around 16m and features a double bed, a walk in changing area with a floor area of 1.5m sq and identical his and hers bathrooms measuring 3m sq each that share a 1.2 m sp double shower. The Master cabin boasts panoramic windows port and starboard with tinted glass and privacy screens. The full-width VIP stateroom located forward on lower deck features a double bed to starboard with seating area to port and occupies some 20m sq. The walk-in changing area has a floor space of 3m sq and leads into the bathroom measuring 7m sq. The ensuite has his and hers sinks a separate shower and a Spa Pool bath, bidet and toilet. There are also two twin guest staterooms and two double bed guest staterooms, each with full en suite facilities.

Dear Reia - As promised, I wanted to provide you with some further feedback on our experience this year on ELEMENT which I am happy to share with other prospective charterers of this yacht. 1) The Captain was superb. He was very informative, welcoming, and in total charge of the team. He knew the area well and was willing to help us in any which way he could so that we would have a wonderful experience. 2) The rooms were wonderful with all the necessary amenities, great working showers and facilities. 3) The layout was also great with nice size sitting areas and deck on top was were we mostly stayed. 4) The "front staff" were the most attentive of the past seven charters we have had: welcoming, extremely pleasant, highly professional, attentive and yet not intrusive. They maintained the cabins is perfect condition. As Ian says, they provided a 7-Star service. 5) Jonathan the chef was superb in his selection of food, the presentation, the quality, and taste. My clothes are a great testament to his abilities as after 5 days on the boat I already feel my clothes to be extremely snug!! 6) Paul, Andy, and David were also some of the nicest people we had met on any of the previous boats. They were very careful that we were safe at all times and enjoyed our activities in the sea. 7) The engineer was also great simply because we as guests did not experience any problems with the boat or the equipment. “ELEMENTS” is an 80 m Mega Yacht which was completed at Yachtley Exclusive Yachts premises at Ismit, Turkey.
Her construction was instilled by the Owner’s passion for quality and detail, offering luxurious accommodation for up to 24 Guests.
The focus of her design was the pleasure, comfort and privacy of her Guests offering independent crew circulation, noise control, hi-tech communication, internet, AV equipment and entertainment systems. The safety level of this yacht is the highest possible as she complies with SOLAS Regulations for Passenger Vessels.
An equal amount of attention was given to the direct contact of the Guests with the sea, through the Beach Club and the Swimming Platforms.
The Crew Accommodation for up to 30 crewmembers is correspondingly functional, the living conditions and operation of the crew comfortable so as to provide all prerequisites for high quality service.
This feature is supported by the professional design and the correspondingly suitable equipment installed in the galley, pantries, cold rooms, laundry, garbage treatment room, dry store and stores areas.
Emphasis was given on environmental protection and on the reduction of polluting emissions by means of her hydrodynamic optimization which reduces fuel consumption, and also through the use of exhaust gas filters, the application of most modern garbage and sewage treatment systems and even a condensations concentration system for the A/Cs to be recycled for technical use (Technical Fresh Water).
The final sea trials were performed on the 25th and the 26th of July 2019 with impressive results.
The maximum vessel speed at draught T = 4.00 m reached 20 Knots and the seakeeping was excellent throughout the whole range of speeds.

 ELEMENTS for saleELEMENTS is one of the world’s few purpose built SOLAS yachts. Able to accommodate 24 guests while on charter she combines timeless lines with a mature layout and a striking interior. Dedicated guest areas are cleverly located over 4 decks, including shaded exterior deck spaces, a variety of crew access and flow is well planned throughout the yacht allowing for seamless service. It is quite remarkable what this 80m, 2443 GT yacht has to offer. BRIDGE DECK The sky lounge is illuminated by large windows and opens up to a shaded exterior deck space aft. Two L shaped sofas, each with its own coffee table and Ottomans, face aft with two bars well situated for service. A third bar and dumb waiter are in the sky lounge itself. The sky lounge and aft exterior deck space are well suited for large groups or as private alcoves for more intimate gatherings of smaller groups. Accessible via the central internal staircase and elevator the forward part of the Bridge deck comprises of the Bridge itself, captain’s cabin, ship’s office, store, powder room and technical spaces. MASTER DECK Entering the MASTER SUITE the oval lobby doubles into a walk-in closet with more space around to the port side and master bathroom on the starboard side. The MASTER STATEROOM itself is immediately forward offering 180-degree views and opening up onto a private deck including the swimming pool and helipad. Within the MASTER STATEROOM there is an oval bathtub and jacuzzi on the port side illuminated by a skylight as well as a small private dining table on the starboard side. The bed is in the center facing forward with a desk and bar on either side. Immediately aft of the MASTER SUITE are two VIP cabins each with large en-suite bathrooms ample closet space and abundant natural light due to the large windows. The Butler’s cabin and powder room are on the starboard side further aft. To the aft of the central stairwell and elevator are a dedicated cinema, private card room and the main dining room. The dining room can comfortably accommodate 24 guests on two large oval tables and opens towards on to a shaded deck space aft with two smaller round tables ideal for breakfast or al fresco dining. MAIN DECK Stepping on board from the dock the large aft deck is shaded, like most of the exterior deck spaces on board. Two round tables on the aft are enclosed by two comfortable semi-circular sofas. Stepping into the main salon there are two large seating areas either side almost mirroring one another with large comfortable sofas and arm chairs. On the starboard side forward, a large bar overlooks the space. Moving forward and passed the central staircase and elevator is the grand corridor leading off to nine en-suite guest cabins. The cabins enjoy breath-taking views out of their large windows and are naturally illuminated through the same windows. These are well appointed en-suite state rooms, five with twin beds and four with doubles. BEACH CLUB The guest areas are completed with the Beach Club on the aft of the LOWER DECK. With two large swim platforms opening up onto sea level out of the aft and port side of the yacht, offering easy access to the sea or platforms for receiving guests by tender.
