History of MG Yachts
Founded in 1929, MG is one of Britain's oldest and most distinguished boat manufacturers. The company which stands for Marine and General Insurance Company Limited was founded by Frank Hart, who had a passion for creating robust and reliable sailing boats. The company started out in Hart's home in Hayling Island and grew to become a renowned name in the boating world. MG's early success was rooted in the classic designs it created, including its bestselling MG30 model.
The key element of MG's success has always been its commitment to quality and innovation. The company was known for its groundbreaking designs and superb craftsmanship.
